Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt for a credit in the amount of your purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To qualify for a credit, our work must be returned as we sent it: Inside our custom foam container, unbroken, unmarked and undamaged. Credits will issue following the return inspection of our work. Custom Orders are final sales and cannot be returned.

Please include in the body of the email: your order number, your telephone number, the item number and a brief description of the reason for the return. You will receive an email acknowledgment within 48 hours [excl. Sat/Sun] asking for the best time to speak with you about the details.
This policy applies only to work sold to you by us and that arrived in undamaged condition. For Breakages In Transit, immediately notify the carrier and Ulla Darni, Inc. at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you purchased the work through a gallery, please contact them directly.
